At novaqjxf, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in creating high-quality custom jerseys made just for you.
Custom Orders
Because each jersey is personalized, custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error on our part (such as incorrect size, name, or number).
If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@novaqjxf.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Non-Custom Products
If you purchased non-custom or stock items, they can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a non-custom item for a different size or design, please contact us at support@novaqjxf.com.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
